We have a dedicated multi level showroom that is open to the public and we'd love for you to come see and touch the furniture for yourself. Timber has a beautiful quality that needs to be experienced first hand and the refinement of what we do here will become immediately clear when you see the furniture in person. Our workshop is also here with our showroom and you can view in real time from the upstairs viewing windows where the magic happens. Alternatively, we can come to you to share our wealth of knowledge and measure up any custom orders.
Step 2
Consultation
& discussion
After 37 years of asking our customers what they want and building them their visions, we are well versed in the art of furniture listening. Even if you don't know what you want, we certainly do! Simply come in with your questions and problems and we take care of the rest. The journey of making your very own furniture piece is exciting and rewarding beyond measure. Our process is consultative and we have a reputation for dealing with the most fussy and paritcular requests. Our sole aim is to give you what you want.
Step 3
Building begins
& progress updates
In order to start ajob, we require a 30% deposit with the balance paid prior to delivery. Once all the details have been finalised and put through to our workshop, the magic begins. You will be provided with regular updates, pictures and even videos which famously appear on our social media channels. Our customers love watching us work in real time and seeing all the new custom pieces of our other customers. Will your special order make it to the socials?!
Step 4
Completion &
delivery
As soon as your piece is completed you will be sent pictures and or videos of the final piece. It is more than likely you've already seen your Sunrise item pop up on our social media and wowed at its beauty. We then request the balance to be paid before delivery upon which one of our in house delivery team brings and installs your furniture with the same level of care that is was made with. Now you have endless moments with your fine furniture that has now created a priceless ambiance in your home.
